This is a spiritual retreat to enhance you to live your life in Happy- and Holiness in a Healthy body, your psychical temple. We will use the powerful tools of Kundalini Yoga – also called “the yoga of transformation”.
Forget everything about perfect alignment or that you need to be in any kind of shape or have previous experience. Kundalini Yoga is for you who wants to dig deeper into your soul and find healing and support to live your deepest truth. We are here to enjoy life and to dance with the Universe. Let’s do it together and set intentions for the rest of our lives! Sharings in the sunset, ceremonies with crystals and a visit to the ayurvedic doctor in the neighboring town is also on the program.
